On top of what patricia said.....when the flowers come out..within 2 to 4 days you will have small one inch squash on them..pick the whole thing bloom intact...spread the flower, still attached...stuff it with cream cheese..then batter , again as Patricia said, and deep fry the whole thing in very hot oil..only takes 3 or 4 minutes..

Reply:Yes they are delicious!! I%26#039;ve deep-fried them after swirling in a mix of milk and egg, then flower. What a delicacy! Make sure you are using organically grown zuchinni..... If you%26#039;ve used ANY kind of insecticide or herbicide, do NOT eat them!!
