Do roses flower in November?

Yep, they sure will. I live in the Midwest, and my tea roses start blooming in the spring and continue to bloom until a heavy frost. Last year that wasn%26#039;t until after Thanksgiving. Make sure you dead head all spent blooms on a regular basis to help them develop new buds.

Reply:If you have a warm November, yes. I live in Delaware, USA, and have had a warm spell in October - November. My potted tearose at my front door continued to bloom well into early December. Weird but beautiful -- or vice versa!!
Reply:You can plant a rose bush in november, and it will begin to grow. You wont see any blooms until the following year though.

Reply:Yes of course they do. The question is what environment are you trying to grow them in. Are you in the cold north, or warm south. Roses like warmth, but not extreme hot. Roses are temperamental, and require some attention to bloom. Try Rosetone (fertilizer for roses) and follow the instructions. Be sure to clip off all old blossoms, or new ones will not develop.
